Pinly — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Codisty (“Codisty”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Pinly application for Apple Watch and iPhone (“Pinly” or the “App”). By downloading or using Pinly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What Pinly is

Pinly is an unofficial, third‑party client that lets you access your existing Pinterest account from your Apple Watch and iPhone. Pinly is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. “Pinterest” and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. You must have your own Pinterest account to use Pinly.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your Pinterest account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You agree to use Pinly only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Pinterest’s Terms of Service (https://policy.pinterest.com/terms-of-service).
Important: Accessing Pinterest through a third‑party client may be inconsistent with Pinterest’s terms, and Pinterest may limit, suspend, or otherwise act against accounts that use unofficial clients. You use Pinly at your own risk and accept that we are not responsible for any action Pinterest takes against your account.
You may not use Pinly to break any law, infringe anyone’s rights, or send spam or abusive content.

3. License

Codisty grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use Pinly on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse‑engineer, resell, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.

4. Pinly+ subscription

Pinly offers an optional auto‑renewable subscription, Pinly+, which unlocks premium features such as unlimited browsing and full access on your watch.

Plans & price. Pinly+ is offered as Monthly, 6‑Month, and Yearly plans. Current prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
Free trial. The Yearly plan may include a free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Billing & auto‑renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the then‑current price unless auto‑renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing & cancelling. You can manage your subscription or turn off auto‑renewal in your Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Codisty cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Disclaimers

Pinly is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that Pinly will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or compatible with Pinterest at all times. Because Pinterest may change or block third‑party access at any time, features may stop working without notice, and we do not guarantee the continued availability of any feature.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codisty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, account access, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of Pinly — including any action taken by Pinterest against your account. Our total liability for any claim relating to Pinly will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the six (6) months before the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pinly at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using Pinly at any time by logging out and uninstalling the App.
