Parrot — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Parrot (“the App”), an unofficial, third‑party client for X (formerly Twitter) for Apple Watch and iPhone, developed and operated by Codisty (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Not affiliated with X

Parrot is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. “X” and “Twitter” are trademarks of their respective owners. Parrot provides an alternative interface to your existing X account.

Your X account

You need your own X account to use Parrot, and you log in using X’s own login.
You are responsible for your account, your activity through the App, and for complying with X’s Terms of Service (https://x.com/en/tos). Your use of X through Parrot is subject to X’s rules, and X may limit or suspend accounts that violate them.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, for spam or abuse, or in any way that violates X’s rules.

Subscriptions (Parrot Premium)

Parrot is free to download. Certain features require an optional auto‑renewing subscription, Parrot Premium, offered as monthly, 6‑month, and yearly plans.
Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases and billing are handled by Apple and are also subject to Apple’s standard licensed‑application terms: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Because Parrot relies on X’s unofficial interfaces, features may change, break, or stop working at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codisty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, access, or account standing, arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by logging out and uninstalling it. We may discontinue the App or any feature at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
