Pix — Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Codisty (“Codisty”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Pix application for Apple Watch and iPhone (“Pix” or the “App”). By downloading or using Pix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What Pix is

Pix is an unofficial, third‑party client that lets you access your existing Instagram account from your Apple Watch and iPhone. Pix is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. “Instagram” and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. You must have your own Instagram account to use Pix.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your Instagram account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You agree to use Pix only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Instagram’s Terms of Use (https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870).
Important: Accessing Instagram through a third‑party client may be inconsistent with Instagram’s terms, and Instagram may limit, suspend, challenge, or otherwise act against accounts that use unofficial clients. You use Pix at your own risk and accept that we are not responsible for any action Instagram takes against your account.
You may not use Pix to break any law, infringe anyone’s rights, or send spam or abusive content.

3. License

Codisty grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use Pix on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse‑engineer, resell, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.

4. Pix+ subscription

Pix offers an optional auto‑renewable subscription, Pix+, which unlocks premium features (such as Ghost Mode, unlimited browsing, and downloads).

Plans & price. Pix+ is offered as Monthly, 6‑Month, and Yearly plans. Current prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
Free trial. The Yearly plan may include a free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Billing & auto‑renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the then‑current price unless auto‑renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing & cancelling. You can manage your subscription or turn off auto‑renewal in your Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Codisty cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Disclaimers

Pix is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that Pix will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or compatible with Instagram at all times. Because Instagram may change or block third‑party access at any time, features may stop working without notice, and we do not guarantee the continued availability of any feature.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codisty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, account access, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of Pix — including any action taken by Instagram against your account. Our total liability for any claim relating to Pix will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the six (6) months before the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue Pix, or any feature, at any time. You may stop using Pix at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, and 8) will survive.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Beirut/Lebanon, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pix after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
